Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Inspectly collects, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. The short version: we collect only what is required to run the app. We never sell your data, never use it for marketing or advertising, and never use your photos or videos to train AI models.
What we collect
- IP address. Every request to our API carries your IP address. We use it solely for security (abuse detection, audit logs) and for rate limiting. We do not use it for analytics, marketing, or profiling.
- Inspection content you upload. Photos, short videos, the property address, and the optional property details you fill in. We use these only to generate your inspection report.
- Account information. Login is optional. If you choose to sign in, we use Sign in with Apple. Apple shares your name and email with us — either your real email or an Apple-generated hidden email, whichever you choose at sign-in. We never see or store your Apple password.
- Subscription status. Whether you have an active Inspectly subscription, so we can unlock the right features. We never see your card details or billing address.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. Not to anyone, not for any price.
- We never use your data for marketing or advertising.
- We never use your photos, videos, addresses, or reports to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- We never share your data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or AI training. Full stop.
Account deletion
You can delete your Inspectly account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. When you do:
- All data associated with your account is deleted immediately.
- This includes your account record, all inspections, all photos, all videos, and all generated reports.
- There is no waiting period and no grace period. Deletion is irreversible.
- If you only want to remove the Apple link but keep using the app anonymously, use Settings → Sign Out instead.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of Inspectly after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
