Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Inspectly: AI Home Inspector (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is conditioned on your agreement to both. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The Service

Inspectly is an AI-assisted home inspection tool. You upload photos and short videos of a property, and the App returns a risk assessment, identified issues, and estimated repair costs. The App is an informational aid — it is not a substitute for a licensed home inspector and should not be the sole basis for any real estate decision.

3. No warranty

Reports are generated by AI based on the photos and videos you provide and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any report. You assume all risk in relying on the App.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Inspectly offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing and the available plans are shown inside the App at the point of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel any Inspectly subscription from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds.

6. Fair Usage Policy

Some Inspectly plans are marketed as "Unlimited." "Unlimited" describes the experience under normal personal use, not a literal absence of limits. To keep the service fast, affordable, and available to everyone, we apply the following Fair Usage Policy to all accounts — including Pro and Unlimited:

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. You grant Inspectly a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content for the sole purpose of generating your inspection report and operating the service. See the Privacy Policy for what we will and will not do with your content.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to upload illegal content, infringe on others' rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the App or our APIs, or interfere with the service.

9. Account deletion is permanent

When you delete your Inspectly account from inside the App, all data associated with your account — including all inspections, photos, videos, and reports — is deleted immediately. There is no recovery window. Because we delete the data right away, we cannot help you recover any of it after deletion. If you think you may want to keep an inspection, export the PDF before deleting.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digirence is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Fair Usage Policy. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
